The prize is **not** awarded, in whole or in part, on the basis of any person opening, maintaining, renewing, or increasing the balance of any account at Table Rock Community Bank, and no such account activity will improve any entrant's chances of winning. The winner receives the prize with no obligation of any kind to Sponsor.
This Contest is sponsored and administered by Table Rock Community Bank, 931 State Hwy 248, Branson, MO 65616 ("Sponsor"). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, or YouTube.
### 2. Eligibility

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or to serve as judges. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
### 3. Contest Period
- **Voting Period:** July 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time through August 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
- **Winner Announced:** on or about August 14, 2026.
The announcement identifies the *potential* winner, whose prize remains subject to the verification requirements in Section 9.
Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper for this Contest.
Entry and voting take place exclusively on Sponsor's contest website at **https://trcbank.com/diving-into-summer/**. To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Entry Period, register on the contest website with the required information and upload an original video sharing a favorite summer moment, consistent with the "Diving into Summer" theme.
### 5. Video Requirements
Each video must be the entrant's own original work, must be consistent with the "Diving into Summer" theme, must be **no longer than twenty (20) seconds**, and must be submitted in a standard video format accepted by the contest website.
- contain any content the entrant does not own or have permission to use, including music, footage, artwork, trademarks, or logos (other than the Sponsor-provided theme song described in Section 6);
- feature any identifiable person without that person's prior consent, or any identifiable person under the age of 18 without the prior consent of that person's parent or legal guardian;
- depict any unsafe, illegal, or dangerous activity;
- be obscene, indecent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; or
- disparage Sponsor or any other person or entity.
**Third-party music.** Because Sponsor may incorporate entries into a compilation video (Section 10), entries containing commercial or third-party music that the entrant has not licensed will be disqualified. Sponsor may also, at its discretion, remove or replace an entry's original audio when using the entry under the license granted in Section 10.
### 6. Sponsor-Provided Theme Song
The theme song was created by or on behalf of Sponsor. Sponsor grants each entrant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the theme song solely in an entry submitted to this Contest and in the entrant's own promotion of that entry. This permission confers no other rights, terminates at the end of the Contest Period, and does not permit any other use of the song.
**Voting is free.** No purchase, account, or payment of any kind is required to vote, and voting will not increase any entrant's chances beyond the votes lawfully cast.
**Prohibited voting conduct.** The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of the affected entry and voiding of the associated votes:
- purchasing, selling, trading, or offering anything of value in exchange for votes;
- using bots, scripts, macros, vote-exchange services, or any other automated or fraudulent means to cast or solicit votes; and
- creating multiple or false accounts, email addresses, or identities to vote.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any votes it reasonably believes were obtained by improper means and to disqualify any entrant it believes has engaged in or benefited from such conduct, whether or not the entrant acted personally.
**Tiebreaker — Judging Panel.** In the event of a tie for first place at the close of the Voting Period, the tie will be broken by a judging panel of five (5) representatives of Sponsor, selected from varying backgrounds within the organization to ensure a fair and balanced review. The panel will evaluate only the tied entries and will score each on two equally weighted criteria:
- **Theme (50%)** — how well the entry captures and interprets the "Diving into Summer" theme.
- **Execution (50%)** — the overall creativity, craft, and quality of the video.
The entry receiving the highest combined panel score wins. If the panel's scores are themselves tied, the panel chair will cast the deciding vote. Judging panel decisions are final and binding.
**Taxes.** All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is reportable income. Sponsor may be required to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and to issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 if the value of this prize, **when combined with any other reportable payments, prizes, awards, or compensation the winner has received from Sponsor during the same calendar year, totals $600 or more.** Accordingly, Sponsor reserves the right to require the potential winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and to withhold the prize until that form is received. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of the prize.
