## OFFICIAL RULES

**Sponsor:** Table Rock Community Bank, 931 State Hwy 248, Branson, MO 65616

 **NO PURCHASE, ACCOUNT, OR OBLIGATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH TABLE ROCK COMMUNITY BANK WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.**

**This is a performance-based contest.** The prize is awarded for the best video as determined under Section 7. The prize is **not** awarded, in whole or in part, on the basis of any person opening, maintaining, renewing, or increasing the balance of any account at Table Rock Community Bank, and no such account activity will improve any entrant's chances of winning. The winner receives the prize with no obligation of any kind to Sponsor.

 ### 1. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored and administered by Table Rock Community Bank, 931 State Hwy 248, Branson, MO 65616 ("Sponsor"). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, or YouTube.

### 2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are domiciled in the State of Missouri and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. No purchase, account, or banking relationship with Sponsor is required, and any person meeting the stated requirements may enter.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or to serve as judges. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

### 3. Contest Period

 - **Entry Period:** July 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time through August 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

- **Voting Period:** July 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time through August 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

- **Winner Announced:** on or about August 14, 2026.

The announcement identifies the *potential* winner, whose prize remains subject to the verification requirements in Section 9.

 Voting opens concurrently with the Entry Period. Entries submitted later in the Entry Period will therefore be available for voting for a shorter time than entries submitted early.

Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper for this Contest.

 ### 4. How to Enter

Entry and voting take place exclusively on Sponsor's contest website at **https://trcbank.com/diving-into-summer/**. To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Entry Period, register on the contest website with the required information and upload an original video sharing a favorite summer moment, consistent with the "Diving into Summer" theme.

 **Limit one (1) entry per person.** Entries submitted by any means other than the contest website will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void.

 Entrants are encouraged — but not required — to share a link to their entry on social media to gather votes. Sharing does not itself constitute a vote and does not affect eligibility.

 Entries will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or not received for any reason.

### 5. Video Requirements

Each video must be the entrant's own original work, must be consistent with the "Diving into Summer" theme, must be **no longer than twenty (20) seconds**, and must be submitted in a standard video format accepted by the contest website.

 Each video must **not**:

- contain any content the entrant does not own or have permission to use, including music, footage, artwork, trademarks, or logos (other than the Sponsor-provided theme song described in Section 6);

- feature any identifiable person without that person's prior consent, or any identifiable person under the age of 18 without the prior consent of that person's parent or legal guardian;

- depict any unsafe, illegal, or dangerous activity;

- be obscene, indecent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; or

- disparage Sponsor or any other person or entity.

**Third-party music.** Because Sponsor may incorporate entries into a compilation video (Section 10), entries containing commercial or third-party music that the entrant has not licensed will be disqualified. Sponsor may also, at its discretion, remove or replace an entry's original audio when using the entry under the license granted in Section 10.

 Sponsor may disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, fails to meet these requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to review and approve entries before they appear in the public voting gallery. Approval or display of an entry is not an endorsement of its content.

### 6. Sponsor-Provided Theme Song

 Sponsor will make a theme song available to entrants for optional use in their videos. **Use of the theme song is encouraged but not required, and will not affect judging or voting.**

The theme song was created by or on behalf of Sponsor. Sponsor grants each entrant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the theme song solely in an entry submitted to this Contest and in the entrant's own promotion of that entry. This permission confers no other rights, terminates at the end of the Contest Period, and does not permit any other use of the song.

 Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the copyright status of the theme song and disclaims any liability arising from an entrant's use of it outside this Contest. Entrants remain solely responsible for any other music or third-party content they choose to include in an entry.

 ### 7. Voting and Winner Determination

 **Public vote determines first place.** During the Voting Period, members of the public may vote for their favorite entry on the contest website at https://trcbank.com/diving-into-summer/. The entry receiving the highest number of valid votes at the close of the Voting Period will be declared the winner.

**Voting is free.** No purchase, account, or payment of any kind is required to vote, and voting will not increase any entrant's chances beyond the votes lawfully cast.

 **Vote limit: one (1) vote per person, per entry, per calendar day** during the Voting Period. A voter may return and vote again each day the Voting Period is open. Attempts to exceed this limit through multiple email addresses, devices, or identities are prohibited.

**Prohibited voting conduct.** The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of the affected entry and voiding of the associated votes:

- purchasing, selling, trading, or offering anything of value in exchange for votes;

- using bots, scripts, macros, vote-exchange services, or any other automated or fraudulent means to cast or solicit votes; and

- creating multiple or false accounts, email addresses, or identities to vote.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any votes it reasonably believes were obtained by improper means and to disqualify any entrant it believes has engaged in or benefited from such conduct, whether or not the entrant acted personally.

**Tiebreaker — Judging Panel.** In the event of a tie for first place at the close of the Voting Period, the tie will be broken by a judging panel of five (5) representatives of Sponsor, selected from varying backgrounds within the organization to ensure a fair and balanced review. The panel will evaluate only the tied entries and will score each on two equally weighted criteria:

- **Theme (50%)** — how well the entry captures and interprets the "Diving into Summer" theme.

- **Execution (50%)** — the overall creativity, craft, and quality of the video.

The entry receiving the highest combined panel score wins. If the panel's scores are themselves tied, the panel chair will cast the deciding vote. Judging panel decisions are final and binding.

 ### 8. Prize

 One (1) Grand Prize: **$500.00**, awarded by check. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $500.00.

 **Limit one (1) prize per person.** The winner need not be present at the time of determination to win. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of valid votes cast.

**Taxes.** All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is reportable income. Sponsor may be required to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and to issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 if the value of this prize, **when combined with any other reportable payments, prizes, awards, or compensation the winner has received from Sponsor during the same calendar year, totals $600 or more.** Accordingly, Sponsor reserves the right to require the potential winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and to withhold the prize until that form is received. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of the prize.

### 9. Winner Notification, Verification, and Claim

 A member of Table Rock Community Bank leadership will contact the potential winner **within fifteen (15) business days** of the determination of the winner, by telephone, email, or direct message using the contact information provided at registration. The potential winner must respond within **seven (7) days** of first attempted notification.

 Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming identity, age, and Missouri residency, and must sign and return an Liability/Publicity Release — and, if requested by Sponsor under Section 8, a completed **IRS Form W-9** — within **ten (10) days** of receipt.

 If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the entrant with the next-highest valid vote total, at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor's obligation to award the prize ends after three (3) such attempts.

 The prize check will be issued and delivered within thirty (30) days after Sponsor's receipt of all required documentation.

### 10. Grant of Rights in Entries

 By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, excerpt, publish, distribute, perform, and display the entry, in whole or in part, together with the entrant's name and social media handle, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

 **This license expressly includes the right to create derivative works.** Entrants specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may combine their entry, in whole or in part, with other entries and with other audio, video, graphic, or musical material — including synchronizing the entry to music selected by Sponsor and removing or replacing the entry's original audio — to produce compilation videos, promotional videos, and other derivative works. Sponsor owns all rights in any such derivative work it creates. Entrants further acknowledge that Sponsor may edit entries for length, content, and quality, and that Sponsor is under no obligation to use any entry.

 **This license applies to every entry submitted, whether or not the entrant wins, and survives the end of the Contest Period.** No additional compensation will be paid for any use permitted under this Section.

 ### 11. Entrant Representations, Warranties, and Indemnification

 **By submitting an entry, each entrant represents and warrants that:**

 a. the entry is the entrant's own original work, and the entrant owns or controls all rights necessary to grant the license in Section 10;

b. the entry does not and will not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, moral right, or any other right of any third party;

c. **the entrant has obtained the prior consent of every identifiable person appearing in the entry** to that person's inclusion in the entry and to Sponsor's use of the entry as described in these Official Rules, including in compilation and derivative works;

 d. **where any person appearing in the entry is under the age of 18, the entrant has obtained that consent from the person's parent or legal guardian;** and

 e. the entry was created and obtained lawfully, and its submission and use will not violate any applicable law.

**Sponsor's reliance.** Sponsor relies entirely on these representations and does not independently verify them. Sponsor has no obligation to review, investigate, or confirm whether any consent has been obtained. Submission of an entry constitutes the entrant's affirmation of each representation above, whether or not the entrant is separately asked to confirm it.

**Indemnification.** Each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) any breach or alleged breach of the representations and warranties in this Section; (ii) any claim by any person appearing in the entry, or by that person's parent or legal guardian, relating to the entry or to Sponsor's use of it; (iii) any claim that the entry infringes or violates the rights of any third party; or (iv) any violation of law in connection with the creation or submission of the entry.

**Allocation of responsibility.** As between Sponsor and the entrant, the entrant is solely responsible for obtaining all consents, permissions, and releases required for the entry and for any consequences of failing to do so, including any violation of law. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for an entrant's failure to obtain any required consent. Sponsor's remedies under this Section are in addition to, and not in place of, its right to disqualify any entry or to remove any entry or derivative work from circulation at any time and for any reason.

 ### 12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the entrant's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

### 13. Platform Release

 This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, or YouTube. Each entrant and voter completely releases each of those platforms from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this Contest, and acknowledges that any information provided in connection with the Contest is provided to Sponsor and not to those platforms. Entrants and voters agree to comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

### 14. General Release and Limitation of Liability

 By participating, each entrant and voter agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, the submission or use of any entry, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

 Sponsor is not responsible for: technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other failures or malfunctions; lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or unintelligible entries or votes; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, or administrative errors; or any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.

 Any attempt to deliberately damage the contest website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 ### 15. Privacy

 Information collected from entrants and voters is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://trcbank.com/about/privacy-policy/, and will be used to administer the Contest and, where the participant has affirmatively opted in, for marketing communications. Sponsor will not sell information collected through this Contest.

 ### 16. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, vote manipulation, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, subject to applicable law. In such event, Sponsor may determine the winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the impairment.

 ### 17. Disputes and Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Each participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri, for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest.

 ### 18. Trademarks

 The prize is a cash award; no third-party product trademarks are associated with the prize. "Table Rock Community Bank" and associated marks are the property of Sponsor. Entrants are granted no right to use Sponsor's marks except as necessary to identify the Contest.
