Charles was born and raised in the area and has 22 years of experience in the local banking industry. He is passionate about community banking, supporting the team at Table Rock Community Bank and recognizing the impact local decision-making has on the communities the bank serves. He is a graduate of Drury University with Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics, and a minor in Global Studies. In addition, he has attended commercial lending school at Southern Methodist University and the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO. Charles also serves as President on the Board of Directors of Rural Missouri Inc. Past Professional and Civic Activities include participation in Rotaract of Springfield, Sunrise Rotary of Springfield, and as a past board member of The Potter's House and team leader for Christian Missions Unlimited.

Doug is excited to be a part of this great team and brings 22 years of experience in automotive and recreational financing in Stone County. He has been married for over 35 years and enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors.

Haylee joined the Table Rock Community Bank team in 2024 with 6 years of previous banking experience in corporate services, private banking, and business development. In her role, she focuses most of her efforts on serving the needs of all VIP and business customers with the utmost concierge style service. Haylee enjoys establishing connections with new and existing customers and is always looking for opportunities to earn new business within Springfield and surrounding communities.

Michelle Burke joined Table Rock Community Bank in February 2018. She has been in banking for 19 years with experience in commercial, consumer and in-house residential mortgage lending as well as bank operations. Previous to joining TRCB, she worked for another local bank for 18 years.

Shannon joined the Table Rock Community Bank team in March of 2023 and brings with him over twenty years of management, marketing, and business development experience. Previously he served as Director of Operations for a high-volume real estate firm in Branson. Shannon grew up in Stone County where his family has resided for several generations. This has provided him with deep roots to the community he loves. He is married with two beautiful daughters.

Tyler Maggi joined the Table Rock Community Bank team in April of 2024. His banking experience over 12 years includes credit underwriting, government guaranteed lending, commercial & consumer lending, and bank management. Tyler received his degree from Missouri State University in General Business. Tyler and his wife have 2 daughters and they love spending their weekends at the lake.

Valerie Kent joined the team at Table Rock Community Bank in July of 2006 as a New Account Representative. She was promoted to Assistant Cashier in 2015. Valerie has been in banking 14 years but has 30 years experience in cash handling and management.
