What is Text Banking?

It is a quick and convenient way to get a balance on an account or view recent transactions without logging into mobile online banking.

You cannot do any type of transactions with Text Banking, only receive a balance or view recent transactions.

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. You must be signed up for Table Rock Community Bank Online Banking in order to use Text Banking on your mobile device. If you do not have Online Banking with Table Rock Community Bank, you must visit us and sign up for Online Banking.

  2. You must set up Text Banking through your Table Rock Community Bank Online Banking from your PC.

  3. Log in to your online banking on your PC, click on the Options tab, choose Mobile Settings, then Text Mobile Settings.

  4. Complete Text Mobile Settings.

Yes, Similar to banking on your computer, you are required to log-in and enter your ID and password every time, before accessing your account information from your phone. We also provide multi-factor identification that will show you a selected photo each time that you log in. Additionally you will be logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Additional Instructions:

  1. You must be signed up for Table Rock Community Bank Online Banking in order to use goDough mobile Banking on your mobile device. If you do not have Online Banking with Table Rock Community Bank, you must visit us and sign up before you can begin using goDough Mobile Banking on your Smartphone device.

  2. If you have Online Banking with Table Rock Community Bank but do not have an app, go to www.trcbankgo.com on your web enabled mobile phone device to sign up through your internet browser.

  3. If you are unable to access or enroll at www.trcbankgo.com then you may need to a) clear you cache, b) enable cookies on your phone, c) update your phone’s browser to the latest version, and/or d) make sure Java is installed on your phone.
